Why do people think a cruise is a leisure travel van?
More than 10% of people surveyed in the U.K. said they would travel to a cruise if they could, according to a new survey of nearly 400,000 people.
A survey of the country’s residents also found that more than half of Britons would be willing to travel to an amusement park or theme park if they had the money, according, The Guardian.
The survey of 1,000 adults found that 56% would consider spending money to go to an entertainment park or a theme park.
In a statement, cruise line Carnival Australia said the survey is based on the assumption that people would be able to get a cruise with an amusement attraction or theme.
The cruise line said the results are based on a “typical cruise line survey,” meaning that it doesn’t represent all people.
“Cruise line has been doing a lot of surveys and we’ve always had a clear understanding of the attitudes and behaviour of our customers,” the company said in a statement.
“The data is based upon a survey that reflects our experiences over a wide range of time.”
